Dear Church, Pastor or Parishioner,

Connecting Members has helped make a difference for Immaculate Heart of Mary. I don't know where to start. I think the greatest thing about the website is that all of the parish information is now accessible to a great number of parishioners any time they want to go online. Adding and changing the information on the site is easy to access and when we do have questions the technical support has been amazing.

Our Youth Ministry and PSR Teachers are utilizing the website for posting weekly information for their members, students, and families. I am excited about using the member directory for mass emails for contacting parishioners, and I am hoping to utilize the scheduling calendar for tracking reservations of the Parish Hall and other events taking place in the parish. Making the parishioner directory optional and only accessible through the member's login, provides an awesome tool but still offers protection from those not registered with the church.

Our parishioners are using the website weekly for checking the news around the parish, reading the bulletin, making their contributions online, listening to the daily readings, purchasing Scrip and using the links available for their own spiritual growth. The possibilities are endless now that we have a platform that is easy enough for all of us to use.

Has your overall experience with CM been Excellent, Good, Fair, or Bad? Excellent, their personal service and attention to our needs has been wonderful.
Has your success in getting several volunteers to update several pages of your website been Excellent, Good, Fair, or Bad? Good, we have set up our PSR teachers with the ability to enter their weekly class information, the Youth Ministers takes care of her area. However there are always those who are not skilled at such tasks, so we have a parishioner who will take care of other various needs as they arise.
Is the the Technical support from CM Excellent, Good, Fair, or Bad? I have found the technical support to be excellent, and they have made every effort to make sure we are satisfied with the solution.
Have the financial costs to the parish for the CM website been worthwhile? Definitely!
Would you recommend CM to other churches or parishes for website service? Yes I definately would. I feel you would be very pleased with all that they have to offer. And that if they don't have what you are looking for they will make every effort to provide you with what you are looking for.
Has your overall experience with CM been Excellent, Good, Fair, or Bad? Overall I would rate CM as a welcome change. We have used their service for one year. Previously, our Web Master was a volunteer who gave us great service for Im thinking 4-5 years. He listened to their presentation and welcomed the change. We now have the ability to update immediately, w/o a great deal of training. The migration went well and the added feature of the calendar was helpful.
Would you recommend CM to other churches or parishes for website service? Yes, and I do want to state that the president is honest, hard working and is willing to listen. He really wants to assist churches in this area. We want him to succeed as well so we can do more on the web.
Has your overall experience with CM been Excellent, Good, Fair, or Bad? Excellent Used to do it all myself . Now other people help.
How many volunteers update pages in your parish web site? 12 volunteers and growing. There is expanded interest now for uses with the website. I called a meeting to get volunteers. The School also moved the website to ours. Also, the parish picnic person is excited about using the website for volunteer signups.

Is the the Technical support from CMExcellent, Good, Fair, or Bad? Excellent, While working on the web site late at night, I would open a help ticket. Next morning a response. During working hours the chat session is a great tool for a quick response. The tech will actually bring up my site on his to illustrate and simplify things.

Is there any feature that you wanted to add to you website that could not be implemented through CM? No CM is very responsive in getting a solution.
Have the financial costs to the parish for the CM website been worthwhile? Yes, a bigtime saver making it easy for people to keep their page update
Would you recommend CM to other churches or parishes for website service?Yes,3 parishes in our district are working with CM
Anything else you'd like to share with us about CM and parish web sites? No, highly worth the the money. We are currently working on getting the calendar updated using same person who updates the facility calendar in the parish office.
